文/ Tuyuq 前言 這月底，這2年3個月來在大學做計畫助理之旅即將告尾聲，這段日子對我很重要，是我人生中難得可以工作與學習兼具的機會。 我很感恩與榮幸能在這裡服務，尤其是認識的長官與同事，服務的師長與夥伴提供給我的指導，點點滴滴都在心頭。 雖然是掛「研究助理」，但基本上工作與任務性質比較像實際執行教育政策推動中，非常核心之一的行政助理 — — 「綜理內部及外部行政工作」。 近日在反省自己這兩年餘心得。 事實上，很多事情我還是都做得不太好。 但，如果可以給我一張白紙，談談我心目中一個行政助理可以長成的模樣（目標）是什麼？ 或者，我一直努力在往這個模樣前進，盡力地將每件託付的任務做好。 列點敘明如下： 何謂助理基本功 1. 助理的角色僅是助理，是輔助與支持的角色。要體認到決策以老闆或長官為主。 2. 因此這個角色不在於決策，而在於幫忙簡化，消化彙整龐大資料。提供老闆或同事知道結論（善用大學或研究所文獻查詢與內容分析能力）。
